2012 VERMONT JUNIOR VARSITY STATE WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

Weigh-ins at 9:00 AM SHARP You must be present when weigh-ins begin
First round is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM and will be continuous until 1st thru 6th places are determined (breaks will be taken only if needed). A minimum of four (4) mats will be used for all rounds (JH state tournament will run concurrently with the JV tournament).
ENTRY FEE IS $10.00 PER WRESTLER WITH A MAXIMUM OF $140 PER TEAM
Please have checks with you on the day of the event and make them payable to the Vermont Wrestling Coaches Association. Early payments and cash will also be accepted.

Please include records, Do Not Count Forfeits, for seeding purposes. Your cooperation is crucial to getting entries and seeding accurate. Please indicate any female competitors for weigh in purposes.

Eligibility - 1) Back up to another member of his/her team at their natural weight class, or
2) Has won 40% or less of ACTUAL varsity matches wrestled, i.e. not including forfeits
3) Seniors should not be entered; this is a tournament to develop next years wrestlers
4) If you have to ask for an opinion/ruling, they probably should not be entered.

These will be SCRATCH weights 2 pound GROWTH ALLOWANCE HAS BEEN INCLUDED
A competitor CAN ONLY MOVE UP if they DO NOT MAKE THE WEIGHT they are entered at
